How far will you travel?

We are primarily servicing Oakland and Macomb counties but travel all around MI if needed

Are you equipped to handle all types of wheelchairs?

We have our own wheelchairs in the case that costumers need it and we can accomodate any size and shape of customers wheelchairs.

Can I bring along a friend/relative/attendant, and is there an extra charge?

We can transport up to 3 family members or helpers and they are traveling free of charge

What hours do you operate?

We operate 24/7, 365 days/year

How far in advance do I have to schedule your services?

Depending upon the schedule we can accomodate a transport within 1(one)hour, however a 24hrs notice is preffered

Do you accept insurance/medicaid or whatever?

Unfortunately, based on our experience, except Auto Insurance and Workmans Compansation there is no insurance that covers Non Emergency Medical Transportation. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards except American Express. A receipt will be provided that you can submit for insurance purposes
