After a nearly fatal auto accident I was in October 12, 2009, I began
using Transport Care Services, LLC. I have continued to utilize their
services on an average of 2-4 times every week. They have always picked
me up on the scheduled time, and have gotten me to my destination on time.
They are 100% dependable.
Each time I have called to schedule an appointment, I have been treated
with kindness and respect.
The main driver, Mark, is an exceptional asset to the Transport Services.
He is always courteous and thoughtful.
After safely securing my wheelchair in place, he offers pleasant conversation
during the ride. When we arrive to the destination, he takes me right
into there I need to sign in. Then he tells me if he will be waiting
for me or returning for me, what approximate time. He has never left
me waiting for more than a few minutes.
Dr. Horia Tatu, President of the business is also a wonderful person.
He shows genuine interest in his clients.
I would refer this service to anyone looking for dependable quality
care. They truly are the best!

was very impressed with the driver. He was nice to talk to, a very
good driver as well. Overall it was completely satisfying.

Literaly I saw this company’s vans when I was taken to my regular dialysis In Rochester Hills by a different transportation provider. All same color and all minivans and very clean looking . So I gave them a call because I was not happy with my current provider anyways.
Besides the lowest rates it took me on round trip with them to have them hired for my dyalisis runs.
I’ve been with them now for almost 7 months and everything is great so far.Also one of my friends use them too after I told him.
I will definetely recommend you guys !
